Program 03 of 05
OEM / ODM
Built to spec, or adapted to it.
Two engineering paths, one manufacturing engine. OEM: we build to the specification you own. ODM: we adapt our proven platform designs to your requirements.
How It Works
The OEM / ODM Path
-
STEP 01
Quotation & Evaluation
Your spec, drawings, samples, or target requirements reviewed and priced.
-
STEP 02
Design Lock
OEM: your specification frozen. ODM: our platform adapted and approved by you.
-
STEP 03
Sample Approval
Golden sample signed off before any production begins.
-
STEP 04
Mass Production & QC
On-site engineers monitor every production batch.
-
STEP 05
Global Shipping
Freight, customs, and delivery managed to your dock.
OEM: you bring the design
- You own the specification and the IP you bring
- We manufacture to your exact drawings and standards
- Tooling built for your product, ownership defined in the agreement
- Best when your team already engineers products
ODM: we adapt ours
- Our proven platform designs as the starting point
- Adapted to your requirements, spec, and market position
- Faster and cheaper than engineering from zero
- Best when you know the market but not the mold
Specialized Outdoor Production
We do not make everything. We specialize in outdoor electronics and hardscape products, and we are deep in them.
- Die-casting and metal fabrication
- LED integration and waterproofing
- Acoustic engineering and driver selection
- In-house tooling and mold creation
- On-site QC engineers on every batch
- Strict IP protection protocols

Common Questions
OEM / ODM, Answered
Which one do we need, OEM or ODM?
If you own a complete specification, OEM. If you have requirements but not a finished design, ODM gets you there faster by adapting proven platforms. Most first conversations settle this in an hour.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling ownership is defined clearly in the program agreement before production starts, so there is never ambiguity about a mold with real money attached.
How is our IP protected?
Strict legal protocols, and NDAs signed before we see your first drawing. Your proprietary designs are produced to spec and never shared across programs.
